Barbara Dex (BEL 93) about Eurovision and the "B.Dex Award"

Barbara Dex is a Belgian singer who represented her country in the 1993 Eurovision Song Contest with the song Iemand Als Jij.
Dex came 25th and last.
The performance has entered Contest folklore due to the self-made beige dress worn by the singer.
With the "Barbara Dex Award" being given out by one website every year for the worst-dressed entrant.
