Tickets for displaced people from Ukraine

The Government of the United Kingdom is now taking applications for the ballot of tickets for displaced people from Ukraine for the Eurovision Song Contest 2023. Please visit the Government of the United Kingdom website, gov.uk, for full guidance.

The Government of the United Kingdom is providing these subsidised tickets to ensure that people displaced by the war in Ukraine are able to attend the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool. Individuals on the Homes for UkraineUkraine Extension Scheme, and Ukraine Family Scheme are welcome to apply.

Eligible applicants will need to complete this form, providing their name, email address, and which show or shows they wish to enter the ballot for. Applicants will also need to upload a photo or scan of their biometric residence permit.

The ballot is open until 4pm (UK time) on Thursday 6 April 2023. Entries after this date will not be accepted.

Successful applicants will receive an email confirmation from Ticketmaster. They will then be able to purchase up to two tickets, at a cost of £20 per ticket. Successful applicants will need a Ticketmaster account to purchase the tickets, which can be set up ahead of purchase.

Only the person applying for the tickets needs to hold a biometric residence permit.

Successful applicants will need to arrange their own travel and accommodation.
