The Jury Show is a full run through of the show that takes place the night before the televised version. It’s when the international juries cast their votes for the participants.

The Family Show is a full run through of the show that takes place earlier in the day of the Live TV Show; it serves as one final rehearsal for the artists and crew, and as the name suggests, it’s much more convenient for those who wish to bring younger Eurovision fans.

The Live TV Show is exactly that: a live television show. Audiences across Europe (and Australia) will get to cast their votes to add to the Jury scores.

Terms and Conditions

Those purchasing tickets are restricted to 4 per individual show, and if successful, will be required to choose between three different types of tickets:

  • Print at home (an A4 PDF)

  • E-ticket (a QR code that must be download and saved onto a personal device)

  • Express Courier (sent to an address specified by the purchaser)

It’s important to note that tickets are individual and the following personal information will be requested upon purchase:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Nationality

  • ID Type and Number

Only one name change per ticket is permitted and must happen via the same purchase site between Monday 2 May, 10:00 CEST and Thursday 5 May, 18:00 CEST.

If you can’t use your ticket it can only be resold through the website FanSale.it from Thursday 14 April, 10:00 CEST until Thursday 5 May, 18:00 CEST. Resale on any other site is explicitly prohibited.

People with access needs

Entrance is free of charge for people with motor impairments and wheelchair users – their accompanying guest must be over 18 years old.
