12 of the songs come from invited artists while Bääbs, Linn and Sister Twister qualified through an internet-based vote earlier this autumn.
These 15 songs will participate in three semi-finals with 5 songs each on January 8th, 15th and 22nd. With the help of televote, three from each heat will directly qualify for the final while a 10th song will be decided by a specially formed jury. The Finnish participant for the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest will then be elected in a grand final on the 30th of January.
