Wrap-up: 'Nobody liked to party like' Romania

Who is Elena?

If the Croatian participant for this year's Eurovision Song Contest - Igor Cukrov - wanted to become a priest then Elena's father already is one. That doesn't stop her to be the flamboyant singer she is. She's had a lot of success in Romania already and now took Europe by storm by qualifying for the Final in Moscow!

"Balkan girls wow! Good luck Romania," a comment from the United States said.   Another fan commented:"Her dancing is inspirational, I like the style and the song. Such a tune! The entry is very well arranged, she will do well. Bravo!"

She qualified as the ninth song from the first Semi-Final and in the end gathered a total of 40 points from Europe with Balkan Girls and finished nineteenth in the Final of Europe's favourite TV-show.
