Who is Sasha Son?

While in Lithuania, Sasha Song has established himself as a young solo artist and at the age of twelve had consequently released a solo album, Svajoniu Laivas (The Ship of Dreams). 

His legendary song Mamai (To Mother) made him known all around Lithuania and has become one of the most significant and influential songs in Lithuanian music history.

"From the first time I've heard this song I fell in love with it! Perfect music and nice voice. This song really touched my soul!" a comment from Azerbaijan said.

A Belgian fan commented: "I love this song, lyrics are beautiful and Sasha has got a really nice voice!"

Lithuania was the last country to qualify from the second Semi-Final in Moscow by the help of televoters. They loved the song and gave it 66 points. In the Final Love finished 23rd with 23 points too!

The whole month of January was Dainų Daina month in Lithuania, with three heats giving way to two semi-finals and the grand final on Valentine's Day. A total of 36 entries were chosen for the selection, of which twenty made it to the semi-finals. A lucky ten made it to the final where Sasha Son won. How will their national selection look in 2010?
