Winner's Tour to Ireland and San Marino

Ireland and San Marino are now confirmed as destinations included in the 2008 Winner’s Tour, which will bring the winner of the 53rd Eurovision Song Contest through a total of eight European countries between 28th of May and 3rd of June.

The Winner’s Tour stops in Ireland on Friday, 30th of May, where the fresh Eurovision Song Contest winner will meet with fans, and will appear in the popular TV talk-show The Late Late Show. It's not only the most popular TV-show on RTE and in Ireland, it is also the longest running talk show in the world! 

On the 3rd of June, the 2008 Winner's Tour will be concluded in San Marino, one of the two new countries represented in the Eurovision Song Contest. In cooperation with the San Marinese broadcaster, Eurovision.tv will announce more information about that special occasion later. 

  • 28th of May: Helsinki (Finland) & Stockholm (Sweden)
  • 29th of May: Stockholm (Sweden) & Oslo (Norway)
  • 30th of May: Dublin (Ireland)
  • 31st of May: London (United Kingdom)
  • 1st of June: Ostend (Belgium)
  • 2nd of June: Paris (France)
  • 3rd of June: San Marino

The activities on the Winner's Tour schedule is preliminary, and last minute changes ánd additions can be made. Keep an eye on Eurovision.tv for the latest Winner's Tour news. Slightly delayed, the special Winner's Tour website will be launched in the next couple of days.
 

Last year, the European Broadcasting Union offered the first ever Winner's Tour to Marija Šerifovic' from Serbia, visiting Denmark, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany and Greece.
