Wiktoria and Mohombi to the ‘Melodifestivalen’ final in Sweden

Tonight, the first semi-final of Melodifestivalen, the Swedish national selection for 2019 Eurovision Song Contest, has taken place in Gothenburg. The show saw two participants proceed to the final and two to Andra Chansen, the second-chance round. TV viewers awarded Wiktoria and Mohombi with spots in the final, while Nano and Anna Bergendahl were given a second chance. Next Saturday, the second semi-final will take place in Malmö, with a further seven acts battling for two tickets to the final in Stockholm on the 9th of March.
