Webber not to write 'some silly nonsense song'

He told the British press he's done so different styles throughout his career, so writing a Eurovision Song Contest song is easy for him. "If I find a straightforward R&B act then I might be in trouble," the maestro added.

"I'm always very lyric-driven because I'm from the theatre, and one of our tasks for this is going to be a lyric that suits the performer. I'm not going to go for some silly nonsense song," the Academy Award winner said.

He's now continuing his pursuit to find the performer for his entry, yet to be written, in the show called Your Country Needs You.
