The hosts of "Skopje 2001" are Elena Miteva and Zoran Mirchevski. The twenty acts will perform in the following running order:

  • Vodolija – Ne Vrakjaj Se (Risto Apostolov)
The interval act will feature special guests from last year's FYR Macedonia performer Gjoko Taneski, Dragan Mijalkovski and the group Superhiks. The Croatian trio Feminem, who represented Croatia in Oslo, will also perform.
The winner will be chosen both between an expert jury consisting of 15 music professionals and TV viewers by televote and will go on to represent FYR Macedonia in the second semi-final of the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest in Düsseldorf.
