It’s been just over a month since the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest wrapped, the credits rolled and our batch of competing artists dispersed home to their respective countries. But they’ve not been resting on any laurels earned at the PalaOlimpico. Far from it! Instead, they’ve been getting out there and impressing us even further.

From awe-inspiring new live performances, to eye-catching new music videos, your faves have been delivering the visual goods. We’ve gathered together a selection of some of the best for you to sit down and peruse, popcorn in hand.

Take these videos, but maybe don’t watch them in SloMo – if you want to experience them as our artists intended…

Sam Ryder performed to thousands of people in front of Buckingham Palace, with a backdrop of enormous Union Jack flags flown proudly for TV viewers to see. Contrary to what it may look like, this wasn’t a homecoming gig thrown in honour of Sam’s runner-up finish in Turin, but a star turn for the British artist at the BBC’s Platinum Party at the Palace – a concert to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

Speaking of 'La Reina’, let’s talk about Chanel. Specifically, her performance of SloMo at La Gala de la Reina del Carnaval de Santa Cruz de Tenerife in early June. The performance saw her three-minute Eurovision show extended to four minutes and 44 seconds of inimitable undulation and subsequent adulation.

Finnish band The Rasmus have released a new single to follow-up their Eurovision hit. On Rise, they’ve reunited with the same Grammy Award winning songwriter and producer that they wrote their Grand Final competing song Jezebel with, Desmond Child. They’ve also gone and released a music video for the song.

Another act swiftly following up their Eurovision entry with a brand-new single is Ireland’s Brooke. A few weeks after representing her country in Turin with That’s Rich, she put out the song Tongues, and dropped by Irish TV programme The Six O’Clock Show to give an exclusive performance of it.

Achille Lauro waited until after he had competed in the Eurovision Song Contest to release the music video for his song Stripper. Since then, he’s also put out a 'Making Of’ featurette for those of us (all of us) who couldn’t quite get enough of all the mesh, leather and velvet on offer from the artist who represented San Marino in the most unforgettable manner.

In late May, Poland saw the return of its Miss Polonia pageant, with Białystok beauty Krystyna Sokolowska eventually crowned as the winner, becoming Miss Poland 2022. On hand to provide entertainment for the evening was Ochman; himself fresh from competing in a contest with national pride at its core. For TV viewers at home and guests in attendance, he performed his Eurovision entry River.

Italian artist BLANCO continues with his solo career beyond Eurovision. His duet with Mahmood, Brividi, gives way for new music in the form of his latest single and its music video – Nostalgia.

In the wake of Die Together, with which she represented Greece at the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest in Turin, Amanda Tenfjord is out with a new tune, Plans. She recorded a special acoustic version, and accompanying performance video, for her fans – both old and new!

Albanian pop preacher Ronela Hajati has paired up with MatoLale in a new music video – for a track they’ve done together called Papi Chulo. This isn’t the first time the two have collaborated; earlier in 2022 they released the video for their song GIPS.

Austria’s LUM!X has a new single out called We Could Be Together. On it, he collaborates with Italian producer Gabry Ponte. Gabry is best known for his time in Eurodance outfit Eiffel 65, but he also co-wrote LUM!X’s Eurovision song, Halo. The pair have released a music video for the song.

It’s not only LUM!X that is out of the blocks with new music, however – his co-artist at Eurovision, Pia Maria, is also out with a fresh release of her own. I Know U Know actually serves as Pia’s debut solo single, following on from the LUM!X collab. She has also put out a music video for the track, to complete the full introduction she wants us to have to her as an artist in her own right.

Finally, on Sunday May 29, in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, artists from Ukraine performed at the Save Ukraine, #StopWar concert. The show, which was also broadcast on Ukrainian television, was a fundraiser to appeal for money to go towards hospitals in 12 regions of Ukraine. Amongst the performers were Kalush Orchestra, who performed their Eurovision Song Contest winning entry Stefania.
