For the first time ever, Vueling teams up with the Eurovision Song Contest as Lisbon 2018’s Official Airline. As such, Vueling Airlines has been granted global association, event, media and digital rights for the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest.

Jon Ola Sand, Executive Supervisor of the Eurovision Song Contest at the EBU, said: "We are excited to partner with Vueling as Official Airline for this year’s Eurovision Song Contest. They don’t just fly to Lisbon from many cities across Europe, but also fly to most of the 43 participating countries. Welcome on board, Vueling."

David Garcia, Chief Commercial Officer at Vueling Airlines, said: We are delighted to be the official Eurovision airline. Thanks to our 130 destinations at the best price we can bring attendees from many European cities to the festival. We are really happy to be part of this celebration of music in Europe."

Vueling Airlines joins Visit Portugal, Osram, The Native and Super Bock, as the fifth international partner for 2018.

The 2018 Eurovision Song Contest will take place on the 8th, 10th and 12th of May in Lisbon. The shows will be co-produced by the European Broadcasting Union and 43 of its Member Broadcasters, including Host Broadcaster RTP from Portugal.
