Wanted: Volunteers for Eurovision 2019 in Tel Aviv

With 1500 journalists and many thousands of tourists from across the globe coming to the event, the group of charming, sociable and smart volunteers will help to make the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest in Tel Aviv unforgettable.

Tasks

More than 500 volunteers will take an active part in helping the participants' delegations, a reception at Ben Gurion Airport, a press and media centre with capacity for 1500 journalists, hotel and tourist information centres, production and stage assistants, production runners, accreditation and a variety of other positions. The period of volunteering depends on the role and mission, with some tasks beginning as soon as April.

Requirements

Volunteers must be aged 18 or over, pro-active, self-motivated team-players, with strong organisational ability, excellent interpersonal communication skills, a high level of spoken and written English or other languages spoken by the 41 participating countries, and willingness and availability to volunteer flexible hours throughout the Eurovision Song Contest.
