Liverpool will welcome the 37 acts taking part in the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 with a 200-metre-long 'Turquoise Carpet'. You can watch check out the looks, chats and exclusives, live on the official Eurovision YouTube channel from 16:00 CEST.
