Hosting the Eurovision Song Contest has been an honour for Ukraine. The slogan for 2017 is Celebrate Diversity, and the show tonight will feature both Ukrainian traditions interwoven with modernity.
Reigning Eurovision champion Jamala will perform during the live broadcast as well as Ukraine's first ever Eurovision winner Ruslana (2004). Israel's IMRI will open the show and Alma from France will close the 2017 competition.

During the Grand Final, Ukrainian electronic music band ONUKA will perform featuring Ukrainian folk music and motifs, whilst Jamala, the winner of the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest will premiere her brand new single, I Believe In U. The winner of the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest Ruslana will also debut her new single, It's Magical.
