Serbia has a short, but proud tradition already in terms of placements in the Eurovision Song Contest. Already in the countries first participation in Helsinki in 2007, the country won the song contest with Marija Serifović's Molitva. In last year's edition of Europe's favourite TV-show, Serbia came 6th on homeground when Jelena Tomasević sang her beautiful balad Oro.
