Jeangu is busy "preparing for the performance of a lifetime" and cannot wait to sing a song "that's going to be heard by the world." He is currently in the process of writing as many songs as possible, and exploring and experimenting with new music alongside his long-term producer Perquisite.Since May Jeangu has been reflecting a lot on life, the state of the world and his role as an artist. After a period of lockdown in the Netherlands Jeangu had the opportunity to perform again when he embarked on a Horizon Theatre Tour across the country. "Stepping on stage every week, and feeling the energy of personally connecting with an audience has given my creativity the boost it needed to focus on writing new music."BulgariaThis summer has been a big one for Victoria as she digs into new musical opportunities in Bulgaria in advance of Eurovision 2021. On 24 June Victoria released her follow-up single to Tears Getting Sober, a song called alright. Written during a songwriting session for Eurovision 2020 in Sofia last January, the music video was recently shot in Burgas and Primorsko, 2 of the most visited seaside cities on the Black Sea and was co-directed by Victoria herself.Over the summer, Victoria became the first Bulgarian Eurovision artist to perform at Sofia Pride during their online event on in June. At the beginning of July, she performed her Eurovision 2020 entry Tears Getting Sober and her new single alright during the biggest award show in Bulgaria, the BG Radio Awards 2020 in Plovdiv.The Bulgarian delegation hosted the Black Sea Eurovision Songwriting Camp 2020 in the city of Burgas for Victoria's next Eurovision entry. Four teams of songwriters have worked in Burgas and Primorsko for 10 days on potential songs for Eurovision 2021.RomaniaRoxen has been laser-focused on music. She released her single How To Break A Heart which was internationally promoted by Warner Music and her recent single Spune-mi reached the number one spot on the Romanian radio charts! Since May Roxen has been constantly thinking about Eurovision and has been spending a lot of time in the studio. The Romanian performer has also been doing a lot of the things she loves and that inspire her music such as reading, paining and walking a lot in nature.Now, she is looking forward to connecting with her fellow Eurovision 2021 artists to collectively send a message of solidarity and positivity to the world.“While I love being in the studio and exploring every dimension of my music, I cannot wait to meet the other contestants and finally perform, but also to express the fact that music helps us all to open up and speak about all the things that we are going through. I've been constantly running through ideas for Eurovision, the most important music competition to me, so I can’t wait to show everyone what we’ve prepared," Roxen said.SwitzerlandSeveral songs are in contention to be the Eurovision 2021 act for Gjon's Tears. He has been hard at work and involved in the making of many of the songs. Just like last year there'll be a jury vote to determine which song will be representing the country in Rotterdam. It has not yet been decided when the song will be released.Gjon recently informed his Instagram followers that he'll keep his fans updated with any Eurovision updates as soon as he can!
