Thirteen delegations will head for the Belgrade Arena today. Contestants from Montenegro, Israel, Estonia, Moldova, San Marino, Belgium, Azerbaijan, Slovenia, Norway, Poland, Ireland, Andorra and Bosnia & Herzegovina will rehearse for the second time. 

It is promising to be a diverse programme, as today's schedule features up-tempo songs, ballads, modern pop-rock and entertaining gimmicks.
