The World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and Eurovision Song Contest joined forces to give a #VoiceForThePlanet.

#VoiceForThePlanet

Together we celebrated diversity, different cultures, people and nature and asked people to #OpenUp to one another and unite, at a time when we need to pull together more than ever. Calling for a new deal for nature and people and urgent global action to address the current crisis for nature. The response was overwhelming and heart-warming.

We were joined by world famous DJ Armin van Buuren to kick off our amazing partnership.

A special TikTok challenge to support #VoiceForThePlanet was created and, at time of writing, has almost has 1 million views!

Many Eurovision artists from joined our movement and gave their #VoiceForThePlanet and called on their fans to also give their voice.

And you responded in large numbers! You and other people around the world are adding their voice to call for urgent action. The evidence has never been clearer or more urgent. Life on our planet – and with it our own well being and survival – is under threat. We need to restore a healthy planet for all. Now is not the time to remain silent.

#VoiceForThePlanet will bring your voice to global leaders at critical global nature and climate conferences this fall.

Together with the Eurovision Song Contest we want to thank all the artists, fans, and everyone else who already spoke up for nature and all those that still want to give their voice.

We already have reached more than half a million voices, please give your voice too and help us get 1 million voices for the planet.

Open up to a living planet and be part of this global movement: #VoiceForThePlanet.
