Super Saturday is here!

06 March 2010 at 02:21 CET

Traditionally, the most exciting national selection night is being declared Super Saturday within the growing Eurovision Song Contest community. All over Europe, tens of thousands of dedicated fans of Europe's favourite TV-show join the excitement online, to share the moment and to exchange opinions.

So, tonight we have Romania, Moldova, Croatia, Portugal and Ukraine picking their entry for the 55th edition of Europe's favourite TV-show. Besides them, Sweden will hold the second chance round of their famed national selection, Melodifestivalen and Israel will introduce their possible entries.

In Romania we have sixteen entries competing, in Moldova, fourteen desire their ticket to Oslo and in Portugal, 12 are still in the race of becoming their country's representative. In addition to them, in Ukraine, Vasyl Lazarovich will perform a total of five songs, out of which the Chosen One will be sent to the Eurovision Song Contest this year. Sweden will give two last final spots to eight participants of the Second Chance Round.

We'll keep you up to date with all the results right here on Eurovision.tv!
