The Swiss national selection for the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest is drawing closer. Today the Swiss-German public broadcaster SRF opened their online platform where artists can submit videos of their potential entries for Stockholm.

This morning the online platform to submit entries for the Swiss national selection has been opened. Until October 26th, 8:00 am CET, video clips of newly composed songs - which of course have to comply with the official Eurovision Song Contest rules - can be uploaded.

Several songs have already been uploaded since the platform was opened this morning. You can check them out, and after the end of the submission period, you can even participate in the official voting. So be sure not to miss this opportunity!

The Swiss national final will be broadcast live from the Bodensee Arena in Kreuzlingen on February 13th, with six acts participating. An expert jury and the TV public will jointly decide who will go on to represent the country in Stockholm. You can find more details about the Swiss selection mode in our article below.
