The Slovenian national selection, EMA 2015, is open for submissions from now until 21 December. Detailed rules can be found on the RTVSLO website. Out of the entries received, a jury will pick up to 6 to participate in the national final, a show to be broadcast live from Ljubljana.
Parallel to the open selection, further entries will be directly commissioned from well-known authors. Again, up to 6 of them will go forward to the final.
In the national final, there will be two rounds of voting: First, an expert jury panel will choose two super-finalists. Then the TV public will be asked to cast their televotes to decide who will be the winner, and thus represent Slovenia in the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna.
