The Spanish broadcaster, RTVE, will select its entry for the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest through a special programme to be broadcast on their main channel and with the participation of six acts -soloists and groups- with their own songs.

In that show, to be broadcast in prime time by TVE 1, viewers will be able to participate through televoting in the selection of the Spanish entry for the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Sweden next May.

In the next few days, once the agreements are closed, the Spanish broadcaster will release the names of the participants in the selection; six acts chosen among the many proposals received over the last months by singers, management teams and record companies. We can expect known talented singers and young professionals with diverse styles within the current pop music trends.

Spain will participate in the Final of the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm, Sweden, next May 14th.
