San Marino's Serhat is back for Eurovision 2019 first rehearsal

Second-time Sammarinese entry Serhat performed his song 'Say Na Na Na' during his first rehearsal at Expo Tel Aviv. In front of a colourful background of lyric images, Serhat serenaded Pavilion 2 with his cheerful pop tune.

San Marino will be the last to take the stage 17th at the first Semi-Final on Tuesday 14 May at Expo Tel Aviv in Israel.

Serhat will represent San Marino at the Eurovision Song Contest for the second time. He is an experienced singer, songwriter, music producer, and has hosted and produced television shows, and all that after graduating from the University of Istanbul as a qualified dentist.

What happens on stage?

Joined by 5 backing singers and dancers dressed in matching white suits, Serhat delivers his uplifting message from a podium at centre stage. He joins his dancers in some moves and at the bridge they appear to join him by echoing some of his lyrics into brightly-lit megaphones.
