There will be three contestants in the national final (scheduled for February) and three entries. Two songs are going to be performed by well-known Serbian artists. The third is about to be chosen among unknown performers in the following weeks.
It all started with the announcement, where Vladimir Graić invited young talents across Serbia, encouraging them to apply for the role of a third candidate. In the meantime, more than 200 clips came to the headquarters of RTS in Belgrade.

"I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of candidates, who I’ve managed to hear till this moment. Choosing the best is not going to be an easy task", Vladimir Graić said, confirming that the auditions are about to start in just few days. That seems to be enough of time to check all the applications and clips, before Graić and his team appear in Niš next Monday.
"After I hear them all, I will choose those who I find the best. We will get in touch with them and hear their performance live in some of the cities where we have planned those auditions", Graić explained. "There is a lot of talent in our country and this is a possibility for some of them to get the opportunity they deserve. Usually only few get the chance like this. We want to change that, and this is our contribution."
Auditions for the best candidates will be held in the following cities:
Niš, 17th of November Zaječar, 19th of November Kragujevac, 21st of November Užice, 24th of November Novi Sad, 26the of November Belgrade, 28th of November
