The duo from the Land of Fire enjoyed a once-in-a-lifetime chance to sing at Goran Bregović’s concert, a musician and composer that has changed Balkan’s pop-culture forever and brought European music on a new level.
Eldar and Nigar sang their entry Running Scared and received a strong appreciation from more than 4500 thousand spectators of the concert.
“We are speechless. I never thought we would meet Goran Bregović and Ruslana. For a moment I thought I was dreaming but now I understand – this is my dream and it became true today. Unbelievable feeling,” – said Eldar afterwards.
The duo also met with 2004 Eurovision Song Contest winner and one of the most beloved Ukrainian singers, Ruslana, who performed as a special guest at this concert.
The author of the 2004 winning song Wild Dances and holder of the World Music Awards as Best Selling Ukrainian Artist shared some advice about the upcoming competition with the duo.
