In the build up to the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, several preview party events will be taking place across Europe, where a number of artists from this year's contest will be performing, along with former winners and participants.
The Latvian capital city of Riga kicked off the party season last Saturday the 10th April, at the Palladium Concert Hall, where the audience was entertained by eight of the acts from the 2015 contest: Georgia's Nina Sublatti, Latvia's Aminata, Lithuania's Monika Linkytė and Vaidas Baumila, Poland's Monika Kuszyńska, Switzerland's Mélanie René, United Kingdom's Electro Velvet, Azerbaijan's Elnur Huseynov and Moldova's Eduard Romanyuta.

Aside from this year's contestants four former Eurovision Song Contest participants performed in the contest. The winners Marie N (2002) from Latvia, Alexander Rybak (2009) from Norway; one half of Azerbaijan's winning duo, Ell (2011) and Ukraine's Zlata Ognevich who placed 3rd in 2013.
