The final of 'Supernova' 2025 is happening on Saturday 8 February, with a start time of 20:10 CET. Broadcaster LTV is airing it on LTV1 and if you're outside of Latvia, you'll be able to stream it live on the official Eurovision Song Contest YouTube channel.
About Supernova
It's time for Latvia to choose its song for Basel. And once again, the Baltic nation will be doing so via the national final Supernova.
We've already watched one semi-final round of Supernova 2025, when 19 hopefuls were whittled down to 10 finalists on Saturday 1 February. Now, those talented 10 are all set to sing once more - in the hope of representing Latvia at the 69th Eurovision Song Contest.
Ketija Šēnberga and Lauris Reiniks will be our hosts for the show, which is expected to last just over two hours. Voting on the songs will be done via a public vote and a jury vote, with both sources being responsible for 50% of the final result.
The winner of Supernova will have a tough act to follow! Supernova 2024 champion, Dons, ended up taking Latvia to the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest for the first time since 2016, with his song Hollow.
