'Police said it became unsafe' - Jedward mania comes to Estonia

03 October 2011 at 16:37 CEST

Jedward was called to Estonia to perform at the birthday party of the biggest local commercial channel but also announced they would meet fans on the next day in the local department store.

However, the meeting proved to be more popular than everyone had been expecting it to be - the department store was full of Jedward fans.

"They had to shut down the CD signing because the police turned up and said it was unsafe! But we love all your BAD behaviour!" Jedward stated on their Twitter account.

Unfortunately, that made the authorities cut the meeting shorter than planned as it was even too crowded! You can check out what was going on in a video on the local tabloid news portal.

Still, the fans seemed to understand the situation, followed the famous twins to their tour bus and hoped for their return.

Jedward represented Ireland at the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest with their entry Lipstick and have enjoyed an even bigger success afterwards.
