Poland's candidates for the national final revealed

Nine candidates for the Polish national selection have been introduced in tonight’s local programme Świat Się Kręci. Among the hopefuls there are such famous names as Edyta Górniak, Margaret and Michał Szpak. On 5th March we will find out who will represent Poland in Stockholm!

Tonight, the Polish broadcaster TVP has released the following list of particiapants in the Polish national final:
  • Natalia Szroeder - Lustra
  • Edyta Górniak - Grateful
  • Taraka - In the Rain
  • Aleksandra Gintrowska - Missing
  • Michał Szpak - Color of Your Life
  • Margaret - Cool Me Down
  • Kasia Moś - Addiction
  • Dorota Osińska - Universal
  • Napoli - My Universe
Edyta was the first ever participant who represented Poland in the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest. She reached the second place with her song To Nie Ja! and thus achieved Poland's best ever position.
The candidates have been chosen by a special panel of experts and music journalists. In a live show, to be broadcast on March 5th at 21:25 CET, these nine acts will perform their Eurovision Song Contest entries. Televoting will solely decide the winner.

Świat Się Kręci

Świat Się Kręci is a local talk show with different important cultural, scientific and political topics. It is broadcast from Monday till Friday on TVP1, starting at 18:30 CET. Tonight's show was hosted by  Artur Orzech. Among tonight's guests were Monika Kuszyńska, the Polish representative in the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest.
