OSRAM continues to shine bright at the Eurovision Song Contest and will be the Official Lighting Partner for the 2018 competition in Lisbon. As the Official Lighting Partner of the Eurovision Song Contest, OSRAM has been granted extensive global association, event, media and digital rights for the upcoming events in Portugal.

2018 marks the fourth year in a row that OSRAM has been the Official Lighting Partner of the Eurovision Song Contest, a cooperation which will also continue into 2019. OSRAM will once again run their very successful voting activity using lighting, illuminating the Eurovision Village and selected landmarks across Lisbon. Selected landmarks were also illuminated in Kyiv at Eurovision 2017:
Jon Ola Sand, Executive Supervisor of the Eurovision Song Contest said; "Over the years OSRAM has continued to bring exciting innovations to the Eurovision Song Contest and I am delighted that one of our longest-serving partners are once again on board for the competition in Lisbon this year, as well as in 2019."
Hans-Joachim Schwabe, CEO Specialty Lighting at OSRAM said; "The Eurovision Song Contest is one of the world’s largest TV events with a long and exciting history. We are very proud to be onboard for the fourth time in a row and that the light and colours of our Claypaky products will create atmosphere, provide emotions and support the musician in the Altice Arena in Lisbon."
The 2018 Eurovision Song Contest is set to take place on the 8th, 10th and 12th of May Lisbon, Portugal. The shows will be co-produced by the Portuguese EBU Member RTP and the EBU.
