Norwegian broadcaster NRK organised yet another spectacular semi-final, this time from the Telemark town of Skien.

This show was the final of three semi-finals with only the second chance round and the final left, after which we will know who will represent Norway at the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest in Düsseldorf, Germany.

After seven exciting performances only two acts could get a direct ticket to the final, being held on the 12th of February at Oslo Spektrum. These were The BlackSheeps with Dance Tonight and Stella Mwangi with Haba Haba. However, all was not lost when Susperia with Nothing Remains and The Lucky Bullets with Fire Below got a ticket to the second chance round, being held in Sarpsborg next weekend.

The song chosen to represent Norway in Oslo on the 12th of February will take part in the first half of first semi-final in Düsseldorf on the 10th of May.
