Today at 16:00 CET, Heads of Delegation, organizers and local media will gather at the Cosmos Hotel for the draw that determines the running order of the two Semi-Finals. The draw will be webcast live by Eurovision.tv, and we kindly invite you to follow it with us!

During the day, we will release the official list of participants of the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest, which will take place on 12, 14 and 16 May in the Russian capital.
