Marie Serneholt gets wildcard in Sweden

Former A-Teens singer Marie Serneholt was awarded the third of four wildcards by Swedish TV today. Her song Disconnect Me was composed by Peter Boström and Tony Nilsson who both had songs in Melodifestivalen before: Peter co-composed Stop! Look! Listen! by Da Buzz in 2003, and Tony wrote Ola's Love In Stereo in 2008 and is also behind Velvet's song in 2009.

Marie Serneholt shot to fame as part of the foursome A-Teens who sold millions of CDs in the early 2000s. In 2006, she released her first solo album which became a success in Sweden and Germany especially.
