Live This Weekend: Shows in France, Lithuania and Norway

France decides

On Saturday 30 January France will pick their entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2021. In a new format called Eurovision France: C'est Vous Qui Décidez (Eurovision France: You Decide) the following 12 songs will perform:

• LMK - Magique
• Ali - Paris Me Dit
• Casanova - Tutti
• Barbara Pravi - Voilà
• Cephaz - On A Mangé Le Soleil
• Amui - Maeva
• Andriamad - Alléluia
• Philippine - Bah Non
• Juliette Moraine - Pourvu Qu'on M'Aime
• 21 Juin Le Duo - Peux-Tu Me Dire?
• Terence James - Je T'Emmènerai Danser
• Pony X - Amour Fou

The show consists of 2 stages. In round 1, the top 7 songs that received the most votes from the audience will go on to qualify to the next stage. Then, one of the songs that didn't make it through the first round will be selected to join them. This song will be chosen by a star-studded jury including Jean-Paul Gaultier, Amir, and Eurovision winners Marie Myriam and Duncan Laurence.

The 8 remaining songs will then compete in the second round of voting, where votes from the audience and the juries will both count for 50%.

The show will be broadcast live from Paris.

Get ready for Norway's third Semi-Final

Who will join TIX, KEiiNO, Blåsemafian feat. Hazel, Raylee and Stavangerkameratene in the Final of Melodi Grand Prix (MGP)? This Saturday another 4 acts will compete for just 1 spot in the Final:

• Ole Hartz - Vi Er Norge
• Big Daddy Karsten - Smile
• Diniye - Own Yourself
• Emmy - Witch Woods

Kaja Rode pre-qualified for the Final and she will showcase her song Feel Again during the show.

Lithuania enters a new phase

If you've been following the Lithuanian selection Pabandom iš naujo! (Let’s try again) then you'd already know all the competing songs. After the first 2 heats we're now left with just 10 Semi-Finalists and, of course, the pre-qualified group The Roop, who have a direct ticket to the Final.
