At the end of last year, France Televisions confirmed that the singer selected internally to represent them in Baku would be Indonesian-born French singer/songwriter Anggun. Now the moment to listen to the song has come.

After the song has had its world première minutes ago at the MIDEM in Cannes, we give you the exclusive opportunity to listen to Echo (You And I), thanks to France Televisions:

Echo (You And I) is written by Anggun herself and composed by William Rousseau and Jean-Pierre Pilot, who currently penned the #1 selling single in France Ça Ira Mon Amour. The mix of the song is provided by Veronica Ferraro, recognised for her work with David Guetta.

Aged 37, the singer was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, and started singing at a very early age. She had her biggest hit in 1997 when Snow In The Sahara was released in more than 30 countries, including the US. In late 2011 she released her latest album Echos to be re-released in March including her Eurovision entry.

According to her record company, Warner Music France, Anggun is ready to start a promotional tour all over Europe which will take her to over 15 countries in February. An interesting anticipation to her performance in Baku for the Final of the Eurovision Song Contest on the 26th of May.
