The Maggira Sisters hosted the live show, which didn't only feature last year's Greek Eurovision Song Contest representative Sarbel, but also the 2008 representatives from Cyprus, Azerbaijan, Romania and Slovenia.
The show was broadcast live through Eurovision.tv's esctv.
The result were determined by a jury (40%) voting and televoting and SMS voting (60%).
Detailed results are expected to be released soon.
Greek representatives did extraordinary well at the Eurovision Song Contest over the past years. In 2001, Die For You finished 3rd, while representatives since 2004 all finished within the Final top-10. In 2005, Helena Paparizou won the Eurovision Song Contest for Greece with My Number One, Greece's only victory to date.
Greece will take part in the first Semi-Final, on the 20th Eurovision Song Contest.
