During a chat session with MTV.co.uk, the brothers could hardly contain their excitement and announced that they will 'be doing Eurovision [Song Contest in] 2012'. "It's totally awesome." they stated.
"Next year its gonna be even bigger and better because we're in all these teen magazines, and we go all over Europe," Jedward explained.
Edward commented even more: "We're getting a better song than Lipstick so the UK better watch ok, because Jedward's coming to get them again next year!"
Finding a representative for the Eurovision Song Contest is in the hands of the respective broadcasters of the participating countries. RTE, the Irish broadcaster has not yet revealed their plans for the 2012 season.

Jedward represented Ireland in 2011 at Europe's favourite TV show with their song Lipstick and reached the 8th place in the Grand Final held in the German city of Düsseldorf.
