RTL Luxembourg has announced its national final for the Eurovision Song Contest 2024, the 'Luxembourg Song Contest'. The event will be broadcast live from the Rockhal in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg, on 27 January 2024.

The Luxembourg Song Contest is to be a landmark event designed to highlight the nation's best musical talent. It offers a unique stage for both seasoned and budding artists to exhibit their musical expertise. This event is not just a key date in Luxembourg’s cultural diary but also an essential milestone for the country's representation in the global music arena.

The contest promises a vibrant mix of musical styles, mirroring Luxembourg's diverse music industry. It is poised to be a confluence of various sounds and styles, catering to all music enthusiasts.

But the event is more than just about music. Audiences can expect a spectacular array of stage designs, advanced lighting technology, and top-notch sound engineering. This sensory extravaganza will be further enhanced by performances from prominent guest artists, adding a touch of elegance to the occasion.

To ensure wide accessibility, the event will be broadcast live on RTL Télé Lëtzebuerg and will be available across RTL Luxembourg’s digital platforms, allowing music fans worldwide to partake in this grand celebration of talent. 

RTL.lu will provide the livestream with the original sound from the Rockhal, while French commentary will be available on RTL Infos and English commentary on RTL Today. For those without access to a screen, RTL Radio Luxembourg will also broadcast an audio version of the show, as will Today Radio for the English audience. All livestreams will be available on RTL Play.


The winner of this contest will represent Luxembourg at the Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö, Sweden, in May 2024, offering an extraordinary chance to showcase their talent on one of the world's most prestigious musical stages.
