In 1994, the venue hosted the Irish national selection as well. Paul Harrington and Charlie McGettigan took victory there with Rock'n'Roll Kids, eight weeks later they won the Eurovision Song Contest for Ireland for a shocking third consecutive time in Dublin. However, RTÉ could not confirm the venue details.
