Ireland: Your 'Eurosong 2023' preview
03 February 2023 at 09:10 CETHOW TO WATCH: 'Eurosong 2023' starts at 22:25 CET on RTÉ One. The Irish broadcaster will also be streaming it live on RTÉ Player, with access to it depending on their own restrictions.
The format that brought us fan favourite That's Rich by Brooke in 2022 returns in 2023, as Eurosong once again takes over Irish television's iconic Friday-night staple The Late Late Show. Broadcasting live from RTÉ Television Centre in Dublin, host Ryan Tubridy will be on hand to usher Irish viewers through what's sure to be an entertaining evening of music and competition.
Those watching in the Emerald Isle will have 6 songs to choose from - though they won't be alone in making their minds up. As well as televotes to calculate, RTÉ and its team will also be adding up scores from both a national jury and an international jury, ensuring the best cross-section of deliberations before choosing its tune.
And to cast the net for discussion even wider, a jury panel will be called upon in the studio after each performance; not to vote, but to offer their opinions on what they just watched.
