'I'd like to go to Eurovision', Spice Girl said in 2007

In 2007, one of the members of the band, Melanie Chisholm or 'Mel C', gave an interview where she touched this topic.

"I'd like to go, it looks like good fun," Mel C said back then when asked about her participation, through an internal selection. "I like to watch it."

Today, the rumour about the possible reunion of the UK band the Spice Girls for the Eurovision Song Contest floated in the European media, causing a strong reaction in social media as well. 

Last year, the boyband Blue reunited for Europe's favourite TV-show and achieved the 11th place with their song I Can.
