Bærum,  home of the Telenor Arena, where the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest will take place, works closely together with Oslo in the lead up to the event. During the event, Host Broadcaster NRK will also reveal the theme art of the upcoming running of Europe's favourite TV-show.

The ceremony will be attended by the Mayor of Moscow, Mr Yury Luzhkov, who will hand over a big chain of city keys to his colleagues Mr Fabian Stang and Mr Odd Reinsfelt of the cities who will host the next Eurovision Song Contest.

The ceremony will take place at Bærum Kulturhus on the 4th of December from 14:30 to 16:30 Central European Time. As part of the ceremony, there will be an entertainment programme of children from Bærum. The 2009 winner of Europe's favourite TV-show, Alexander Rybak, is scheduled to perform as well.

Directly after the ceremony, a press conference will be given by the organisers.  Eurovision.tv will cover the Host City Insignia Exchange and the press conference afterwards.
