Macedonian TV looks to the world for 2018 Eurovision entry

Macedonian Radio and Television (MRT) has launched a global search for its next Eurovision Song Contest entry. Interested songwriters and producers have until 8th February to submit their entries.

Do you think you have got what it takes to write a successful Eurovision song? If so, then the Macedonians want to hear from you! Prospective songs can be submited for consideration to Macedonian Radio and Television, in either final or demo form to: [email protected]. Songs can also be submitted by post to: Za Evrosong 2018, Makedonska Radio Televizija, Bul. Goce Delchev br. 18, 1000 Skopje, R. Macedonia.

Here's how you can be a part of Eurovision 2018

To submit an application, interested parties should include the following information:

  • The title of the song
  • The lyrics of the song
  • The names of the people involved in the creation of the song
  • A brief biography of the authors
  • Contact details of the members of the team
  • Relevant social media links 

Submitted entries should also follow the EBU's eligibility rules for the Eurovision Song Contest.

Once the song is chosen, the broadcaster will find a suitable act to perform the selected entry in the Eurovision Song Contest.
