Georgia: National final on February 19th - candidates announced

Out of the 13 entries that have been submitted for the Georgian national selection for the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest, a jury has selected the nine lucky ones who will have the chance to compete in the Georgian national final. This is the list of finalists:

• Anri Jokhadze
• Boris Bedia
• Edward Tatiani
• Leo Jee (Levan Jibladze)
• November 
• Vanilla Cage
• Mirror Illusion
• REMA
• Industrial City 

Among the candidates are three who already competed in the 2009 Georgian national final: Anri Jokhadze, Boris Bedia, and the band November.

The national final will be broadcast live on Sunday, February 19th, starting at 15:30 CET. It can be watched on the First Channel of GPB, the Georgian Public Broadcaster, which is also transmitted via satellite, on Turksat at 42°E.
