30 songs will compete in the 2024 edition of Albania's 'Festivali i Këngës', and you can now listen to all of them ahead of the 4-night music event happening in late December.

The 63rd Festivali i Këngës is set to take place between 19 and 22 December 2024. And as well as aiming to showcase the best of the Albanian music scene, the event will also be deciding Albania's entry to the 69th Eurovision Song Contest.

30 songs have been revealed as taking part in the esteemed music festival, which has been going since its inaugural edition in 1962.

On the first two nights of Festivali i Këngës 63 (Thursday and Friday, 19 and 20 December) one half of the lineup will perform their songs to Albanian audiences for the first time across each evening. A jury vote and also a vote from viewers watching at home will open, with both of them scoring the performances they've enjoyed that night.

Up to 18 of the 30 songs will then progress to the Festivali i Këngës final night on Sunday 22 December. Again, a jury vote and public vote will be responsible for choosing a winner, and the song that will represent Albania at Basel 2025. Five more prizes will also be handed out to songs on the night, including a Lyrics Prize, a Critics Prize, as well as prizes to the podium-finish entries.
