Estonian broadcaster ERR has revealed the two dozen semi-finalists that will compete early next year in their national selection 'Eesti Laul'. On 16 February, one of these acts will succeed the country's 2018 Eurovision participant Elina Nechayeva, who finished 8th in the Grand Final.
Eesti Laul 2019 will consist of two semi-finals starting early February and one final on 16 February. Out of 24 acts, half will participate in the first semi-final, Â the other half in the second semi-final. From both semi-finals, six acts will make it through to the final.Â
In the final, twenty acts will be performing their song in the hope of becoming Estonia's representative in the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest.
