Four of the other members of Eldrine - Mikheil Chelidze (MIKEN) - Guitar, Irakli Bibilashvili (BIBO) - Bass Guitar, David Changoshvili (Chango) - Drummer and Beso Tsikhelashvili (Dj BE$$) formed a band named BIOS in 2007 but after three years, they decided to form their current new band called Eldrine. Tamar Shekiladze - Keyboard joined them in 2010 and together, they are this year's Georgian representatives in the Eurovision Song Contest.
In the Georgian national final, which took place on February 19th, a 50/50 combination of televoting and the verdict of an expert jury yielded the result that the band Eldrine should represent the Caucasian country. Back at that time, the band still had a different lead singer - Tamar Vadachkoria. However, due to contract problems, she was later replaced with Sophio Toroshelidze.
Georgia will be represented in the First Semi-Final of the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest, to take place on May 10th in Düsseldorf. Watch the official preview video of Eldrine's One More Day here:
