In February, Vanja Radovanović won Montenegro's national selection Montevizija 2018 with the song Inje, and with it the ticket to Lisbon for the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest. Read more about the national final here..
Vanja Radovanović was born in 1982. Vanja's career kicked off in 2004 at the Budva Music Festival, where he competed with the song Dripac and won the award for the Best Debut.
In 2007 he released a new single called Pričaj Dodirom, followed by an album with the same title a few months later. At the time, it became one of Montenegro's best-selling albums.
Vanja is one busy guy; over the last decade he has released several singles, composed songs for other artists, performed at countless concerts, and also became the lead singer of the band called VIII2. In 2017, he released his second solo album, titled Svi životi moji. And of course he wrote and composed Inje, which would later become Montenegro's entry for the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest.
Just a few days ago, Vanja was already spotted in Lisbon shooting his postcard video for the upcoming contest. You can see the result during the second Semi-Final on the 10th of May.
