Day 8: Final rehearsals take place

The first country to perform today was Slovenia, which was followed by Romania, Estonia, Belarus, Latvia, Denmark and Ireland. 

The "Big 5" countries also had their second rehearsals today starting with France. This was followed by Italy, United Kingdom, Germany and finally Spain. 

Things will really heat up from tomorrow when the first dress rehearsal for the First Semi-Final of the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest takes place at the Düsseldorf Arena. 

In the coming days we will also be offering exclusive interviews, coverage of national parties and insights into what happens behind the stage, talking to the people who make the entire event happen.
